Browser-based WebAR authoring platform for marker, surface (SLAM), face and gyro tracking.
- Built client-side video transcoding with FFmpeg.wasm, compressing uploads before they leave the device and measuring size, bitrate and duration in production.
- Implemented a Web Worker pool with WASM threading, instance leasing and a promise-backed queue for parallel transcoding, without delaying first paint.
- Replaced video-element probing with lazy-loaded mediainfo.js for accurate media metadata, with initialization timeouts.
- Rebuilt the AR marker manager with trackability scoring, HEIC/HEIF conversion, two-stage compression and batch uploads that survive individual file errors.
- Rewrote the Redux upload queue as a task state machine to remove upload/transcoding races; shipped an asset browser that preserves legacy scaling when replacing 3D models and textures.
- Led Webpack 5 migration work and code splitting for a 100+ MB bundle. Consolidated hub SSO through Node.js/Express proxies and extended localization to six languages, including Arabic RTL.
- Contributed 150+ commits across eight release trains to a 200,000-line React/Redux codebase with 1,200 files and 60 editor plugins.
